Partnership

We’ve always believed that children grow best when home and school work hand in hand — and ICS truly lives that idea. From the moment we stepped on campus, we could feel the joy and sense of connection among teachers, students, and staff. Everyone seemed to know and genuinely care for one another, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our child would be surrounded by such a loving community.

At the ICS Preview Day 2023, we experienced this partnership in action when we were invited to join Head of School Mr. Stephen Ladas and Director of Curriculum and Instruction Mr. Scott Hayden on stage as parent representatives. Together, we demonstrated teamwork by pulling a puppet lift from opposite sides — a simple yet powerful reminder that children thrive when parents and teachers pull together with the same heart.That moment stayed with us; it beautifully reflected what ICS is truly about: partnership, kindness, and faith working hand in hand.

We were also touched by the warmth and connection we saw across the campus — teachers greeting students by name, children supporting one another with kindness, and a sense of joy that filled every corner of the school.
It was clear that ICS is not just a place of learning, but a community where everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for.
